I realize that this is a private party where nudity and/ or sexual activity may occur, and I am not offended by such activities.
I realize that this is not a commercial endeavor, it is a private gathering in a residence purely for the purpose of recreation.
I agree to hold the homeowners blameless for any type of physical, mental or emotional injury that may occur while in attendance, and hereby waive my right to seek compensation for said injuries.
I will not bring any weapons, drugs, or any illegal items with me onto the owners' private property.
I will respect the privacy of others by not using cameras, video recording devices, or phones with said capabilities while in attendance at this private party.
All media or law enforcement officers either uniformed or in plain clothes must identify themselves as an officer of the law to the homeowners BEFORE entering. Any taped content that is re-broadcast will be subject to legal repercussions as a violation of a citizens right to privacy.
I realize that I am a guest in the private home of another and will treat all appliances and furnishings with care. I am responsible for any damages that I may cause.
I agree to park and walk only on the property of the party's homeowner.
I will treat all guests at the party with respect and agree not to force, coerce, or threaten anyone at a party for any reason.
I will not retaliate personally to any threat, coercion, or use of force by means of violence. I will report said activities to the homeowner, so they can take appropriate action.
If I decide to be sexually active while in attendance at one of our parties, I agree that I am doing so by my own choice and will take any necessary precautions to prevent the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases or unwanted pregnancy.
I will not engage in or solicit prostitution, gambling, or any other illegal activity while in attendance.
I and anyone in attendance with me are at least 21 years of age and I realize that my age may be verified by a driver's license or state issued identification card. Failure to bring valid identification with me may result in being denied admittance to the party.
I will not falsely represent myself via either my submitted photos or by my invitation request for the purpose of gaining attendance to a party, and I realize that I will be compared to my photo and invitation request before being allowed into the party.
While entering or leaving the party, I realize that I will be in possible view of the general public and will dress accordingly.
Failure to abide by the above terms will result in being denied admission, being asked to leave, being reported to the appropriate authorities, and/ or civil or criminal action.
